Providing to a charity, aside from a spiritual based ones, can be extremely rewarding. But throughout economically challenging times of our lives it is typically not the first, or last, thing we consider. Lots of charities do some excellent work like, feed the starving, tidy up the environment, plant trees, supply tidy drinking water, assist individuals handle the ravages of war, and lots of, many other ways they assist.
They believed that I could make the loan. Guess what? I did. What an excellent opportunity to get in on offers. And, what a crazy environment we run in where my company can get in on amazing chances without really having to lift a finger to get the phone call. Incredible that these banks would skip lucrative loans. I question what they needed to say to get the client in the door. They got them in the door and after that sent them over to me. These banks will eliminate for deposits however they won't make a loan at gunpoint. Of course, private money can treat much of these ills for you. The more capital you have, the more firepower you bring to the table and the more control over the deal you can get.

But the "wave" didn't stop there. When my son informed me about their Polar Plunge challenge, I chose to get involved too. In truth, I not just agreed to start, I matched the $500-dollar for dollar. In the end, an entire community was "in the swim" so to speak, having and raising funds fun while doing so.
